Master classes on making ecological decor are held at the Central City Library named after M.L. Kropyvnytskyi. This time, at the initiative of the craftswoman of the Cultural and Artistic Association "Art-Spokusa" Hanna Petryk, the ladies (panianky) of the "Vilna" space made eco-decor for the home.
The participants of the event mastered a new direction of contemporary art – Cork Art – the production and decoration of things using wine corks. What can be made from ordinary corks? Anything! Such eco-decor is often used in modern interior design today.
The work required a lot of "important" materials. All of them came in handy today to create an original wreath. Corrugated cardboard wrapped in a linen bundle served as the basis of the product. The ladies used a heat gun to decorate it with corks. The wreath was decorated with a natural composition of macadamia and pistachio shells, as well as pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts and coffee beans. Dried orange slices, cinnamon sticks and eucalyptus branches added a delicate aroma.
It turned out aesthetically pleasing, environmentally friendly, and simply beautiful! Just the thing that will decorate any home!
