From now on, users of the Central City Library named after M.L. Kropyvnytskyi have the opportunity to learn about the history and today's life of the Mykolaiv Court of Appeals.

For many years, a friend of the team and a regular reader of the Central City Library named after M.L. Kropyvnytskyi is a Candidate of Historical Sciences, scientist, researcher of the history of Ukraine of the 20th century, author of more than 60 scientific works, head of the regional center for search research, and editorial and publishing activities Serhii Makarchuk.

Serhii Serhiiovych has already donated many books to our library. And here is another replenishment of the fund. This is a publication from which you can learn about the history and present of the Mykolaiv Court of Appeals.

Serhii Makarchuk was the head of the author's team of the "Mykolaiv Court of Appeals: Essays on History and Present" edition.

The chairman of the editorial board is Mykola Pavlovych Miniailo, three times deputy chairman of the appeals court in the period 2014-2017. In September 2017, he was elected chairman of the Mykolayiv Oblast Court of Appeals. After the reform of the appellate courts in 2018, the collective of judges elected Mykola Miniailo as the head of the newly created Court of Appeals.

Based on archival documents and memories of court employees, the book covers its history from the moment of establishment of the Mykolaiv region to the present day.

We are extremely grateful to Serhii Makarchuk for another gift and invite you, dear friends, to the Central City Library named after M.L. Kropyvnytskyi to learn about the history of the Mykolaiv Court of Appeals.
