The VITRAZH Digital Space is a modern, barrier-free space for innovation, creativity, learning, and new opportunities for the community. It is particularly symbolic that the opening took place during the National Barrier-Free Week.

The library has been consistently working for many years to create an accessible information environment for all categories of users. A typhlo-complex for people with visual impairments has been operating here since 2014, and the library's digital direction is constantly evolving in response to modern challenges and the needs of the community.

"VITRAZH" is much more than just a renovated room with equipment. It is a living space for developing digital skills, STEM education, robotics, 3D modeling, creative masterclasses, lectures, workshops, and bringing creative ideas to life. The space is designed for children, youth, and adults — for everyone who strives to learn, create, discover new things, and step confidently into the future.

The event was attended by representatives of the city authorities, public organizations, educational and cultural institutions, partners, and friends of the library. Speaking at the opening ceremony were Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych, project manager-coordinator at the NGO "DESIATE KVITNIA" Pani Anna Kosiak, chair of the Expert Public Council of the Executive Committee of Mykolaiv City Council and head of the Mykolaiv Regional Business Support Center Pan Artem Vashchylenko, local historian and modeler Pan Andrii Shynkarenko, and director of the Marko Kropyvnytskyi Central Library Pani Inha Khorzhevska.

An important part of the event was also the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Marko Kropyvnytskyi Central Library and the Mykolaiv Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education — another step toward developing modern education, digital culture, and new opportunities for the community.

We sincerely thank Mykolaiv City Council, the Department of Culture and Cultural Heritage Protection of the Mykolaiv City Council, Desiate Kvitnia, our partners, and everyone who contributed to creating this space of the future.

Ahead are new projects, modern technologies, hundreds of creative ideas, thousands of lines of code, 3D models, and even more opportunities for the development of our community.

"VITRAZH" is officially open — and its story is just beginning!
