A creative session called "Vyshyvanochka," dedicated to World Vyshyvanka Day, was held at the library. During the meeting, children learned a lot of interesting and useful information about Ukrainian ornaments, symbolism, traditions, and the unique features of vyshyvanka styles.
They talked about how our people passed down history, ancestral strength, and love for the Motherland through these patterns.
In the creative section, the participants, together with the police officers, created their own vyshyvankas using the origami technique. Using sketch markers, they applied bright ornaments and custom patterns. Each artwork turned out special — sincere, creative, and filled with children's imagination.
Such partnership events are incredibly important, as they help create a safe, friendly, and supportive space for children. Through creativity, live communication, and joint activities, children feel trust, emotional support, and the opportunity to openly express themselves.
We thank the Patrol Police of Mykolaiv region for the cooperation, warm atmosphere, and bright emotions created together!
