On April 1, in the Central city library named after M.L. Kropyvnytskyi, the initiative to create a water park and a water museum with the prospects of solving the problems of water supply, water purification, preservation of natural sources and the environment in Mykolaiv was presented to the students of the regional center.

Representatives of the initiative group of the same name suggested paying attention to the educational aspect. The latter one was a continuation of the project to improve the "Health" spring near the Aliaudskyi Bridge.
