It was organized by a separate unit of Family Health International 360 in Ukraine, an international humanitarian organization that assists civilians affected by the humanitarian crisis.

This team has been working here since 2022. The area of responsibility extends to the Dnipro, Kharkiv, Kherson and Mykolaiv regions. First of all, support is provided to healthcare and social protection institutions. Specialists prevent cases of gender-based violence, without exception all segments of the population receive psychosocial support .

"Such an idea arose thanks to innovative methods that can be used in the context and cross-section of sociology, psychology, and psychosocial support. And you know, this is is a space where people can feel safer, get away a little. We believe that such small steps can become the basis for big changes in everyone's life," notes Tetiana Moskvina, senior specialist of the Family Health International department in the Dnipropetrovsk and Mykolaiv offices.

In Mykolaiv, participants of a music therapy event, who used relaxation exercises, were social workers, local government officials, internally displaced citizens, and townspeople who experienced significant emotional charge and constant stress.

"And this event for us is an opportunity to connect service providers and service consumers. So that they can communicate together, so that they can spend time together in an informal atmosphere. So that they can come out with such a great resource to help, to do something for themselves in this life. The main thing in our work is to teach a person to take care of themselves," emphasized Olha Derevianko, a psychosocial support specialist at FHI360 in the Mykolaiv region.

The artistic part of the meeting included a performance by Ukrainian musician, singer, theater and film actor Mykhailo Zhonin. His performance included songs written by Yurii Lyubarov, the head of the Department for Culture and Cultural Heritage Protection of the Mykolaiv City Council.

"My friend, actor and musician Roman Matsiuta, and I often go there to visit the guys. I know firsthand what it's like. If it works there, it works here too. Yura gave us one song. And then Dmytro as a producer said: come on - come on, what else do you have? And so Yura gave us five songs and we sing them," shares theater and film actor Mykhailo Zhonin.

The live music of the band “Vidverti rozmovy” helped the audience restore their internal balance and improve their emotional state.

The band came together last summer. The initiator was producer Dmytro Ganichenko. Drummer Valerii Kovalenko, keyboardist Oleksandr Kyzyma, lead guitarist Oleksandr Andreev, and bass guitarist Borys Nazarov readily agreed to his proposal.

"At first, let's say so, we all played in different projects. And Dmytro brought us together. We thought together and agreed to do such an interesting project. It seems to me that there are no analogues in Ukraine. It's very interesting. That it is with an actor. Mykhailo is not a singer. But he does it well. He learns everything quickly. Everything turns out great!", - says Valerii Kovalenko, drummer of the band "Vidverti rozmovy".

The highlight of the concert is the replacement of the drummer. During the event, a young but very talented and promising musician Oleksandr, the son of producer Dmytro Ganichenko, takes the stage.

"My little one is studying with me. Until now, he was studying with other people. Now I am teaching him. He is Dmytro Ganichenko's son. The child is very talented. He is always on the go. He is a very cool kid. Great!", - emotionally emphasizes Valerii Kovalenko, drummer of the band "Vidverti rozmovy".

In addition to Yurii Liubarov's songs, the repertoire of the band "Vidverti rozmovy" includes works by the poet and composer Yevhen Rybchinskyi. And the guys are very determined. They are not going to slow down. Their ultimate goal is to bring people their own thoughts through their own music. Thus, to positively influence their psychological and emotional state.
