Each person is the bearer of their own individual, creative potential. The Central City Library named after M.L. Kropyvnytskyi promotes the development of the abilities of regular users.

For 13 years in a row, the women's creative club "Kropyvnytsia" has been working here. It all started with a needlework school for adults and children. Later, a transformation took place and the ladies, regular visitors to the library, separated into an independent group. All this time, the 1st category librarian of the user service department, Olena Dmytrivna Tyshchenko, has been with the needlewomen.

"We gather here every Friday. Today, "Kropyvnytsia" has 15 regular visitors. We do not have invited craftsmen. Each of the women shares her own knowledge and skills with her colleagues. This is how our crafts appear. At our gatherings, we also make gifts for the geriatric House of Mercy named after St. Mykolai," says Olena Tyshchenko.

On the birthday of the women's creative club, visitors received certificates and thanks. In return, they addressed a lot of warm words and wishes to their long-time leader, Olena Dmytrivna Tyshchenko.
