During the solemn ceremony, for fruitful work, high achievements in professional activities and a significant personal contribution to the development of the cultural space of the city, certificates and letters of thanks of various levels were presented by the head of the Department for Culture and Protection of Cultural Heritage of the Mykolaiv City Council Yurii Liubarov.
