On August 23, on the Day of the State Flag of Ukraine in the Central City Library named after M.L. Kropyvnytskyi, the winners of the II Mykolaiv dictation, which took place on June 28 on the occasion of Constitution Day, were awarded.

The text "None of us was born for war" by the People's Hero of Ukraine, war veteran, writer and journalist Oleksandr Tereshchenko was read by a teacher of the highest category, laureate of the final stage of the All-Ukrainian competition "Teacher of the Year - 2015", the methodist teacher Hanna Novytska.
 
689 people wrote dictation online. About eighty residents of Mykolaiv joined the action offline. Among them are representatives of the Department of Patrol Police in the Mykolaiv region, the head office of the State Emergency Service in the Mykolaiv region, Mykolaivvodokanal municipal enterprise, Mykolaivelectrotrans municipal enterprise, Ukrposta, the National Guard, the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, the Shchedryk Foundation, the cultural and artistic association "Art-Spokusa", libraries (regional and city), mass media, visitors to conversation clubs of the Ukrainian language, volunteers, military.
 
In the end, fifteen participants were determined as winners.
 
Among them: Anzhelika Voilokova, Olha Levchuk, Tetiana Girska, Maryna Onoshchenko, Natalia Voitenko, Anastasia Yermak, Halina Tsymbal (Lutsk), Dmytro Shcherbak, Larysa Stoliarova, Olesia Oleksiuk, Elena Korostylova, Nadia Soboleva, Kateryna Mikriukova, Natalia Ryzhenko, Artem Vagin.
 
The organizing committee was headed by the deputy mayor of Mykolaiv Anatolii Petrov, the jury was headed by the director of the library Inha Khorzhevska. Today on behalf of the Mykolaiv city mayor Oleksandr Senkevych, he congratulated the winners of the Mykolaiv dictation. Iryna Lapko, deputy director of the City Methodical Center for Club Work, addressed those present at the ceremony with words of congratulations.
 
Diplomas for active participation in the evaluation of the knowledge of the Ukrainian language by citizens and on the occasion of the Independence Day of Ukraine were received by Valentyna Kuptsova, teacher of the highest category, methodist teacher, honored teacher of Ukraine, teacher of Ukrainian language and literature of the Mykolaiv Lyceum No. 2, Anna Novytska, teacher of the highest category, methodist teacher, laureate of the final stage of the All-Ukrainian competition "Teacher of the Year - 2015", Liliia Ruskulis, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, professor, head of the Department of Ukrainian Language and Literature of the Mykolaiv National University named after V.O. Sukhomlynskyi, Olha Voroshylova, leading librarian of the Library Marketing and Management Department of the Central City Library named after M.L. Kropyvnytskyi.
