A unique and original souvenir in the form of a minimap for those who love their country infinitely, appreciates painstaking handwork, was made on the eve of the State Flag Day of Ukraine and Independence Day by regular visitors of library master classes, readers of the Central City Library named after M.L. Kropyvnytskyi thanks to the Cultural and Artistic Association "Art-spokusa".
"And the task today for each participant of the master class is to display magnets on this map - what is Ukraine for me. Ukraine is what about for me. Someone paints Ukraine as traditional, someone as patriotic. That is, Ukraine is one for everyone. And for everyone, there are such special moments in the soul that we are ready to share with at this master class," says Valentyna Kryvtsova, head of the Cultural and Artistic Association "Art-spokusa".
Such a product can be a decoration of a house or office. Hanna Petryk, a trainer and craftswoman, helped to make a decorative element for the interior.
"Each of us sees the map of Ukraine in our own way. Everyone sees, for example, viburnum or cornflowers in a field. Viburnum is a symbol of red and yellow, which unites. Slavs believed that viburnum and cornflowers represent unity. And everyone sees their own unity. In my vision, the map of Ukraine is calm colors. So that people believe in one thing. So that there was peace and there was a goal. So that people appreciate what they have at this time. This is the land on which the country stands. And the angel is a guardian who protects them," Hanna Petryk emphasized.
Also, patriotic products made with your own hands can become a valuable gift for loved ones. Such a souvenir is the best motivation and support for our soldiers, because things created with their own hands carry strong energy.
